A short story about me

Hospitality & F&B, Guest Experience & Operations Leadership

Years of experience

Companies

Not all challenges are easy to tackle. I recognised this early in my career, which is why I now focus on management – looking at the big picture, finding the right people to take on key tasks, and making sure they have everything they need to deliver a consistent guest experience.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a news producer at Antena 3 TV, in programming and production at Paramount Comedy Spain, and as an assistant in the UNESCO'S GM press team. These experiences trained me to work under pressure, coordinate multiple stakeholders, respect tight deadlines and communicate clearly – qualities that now support my work in hospitality operations and management.

After more than 23 years co‑creating and growing F&B and entertainment concepts in Madrid, I chose to pursue the Executive Master in International Hospitality Management at Les Roches Spain to deepen my understanding of hotel operations and leadership. I flourish in high‑stakes, fast‑moving environments and enjoy connecting openings, brand strategy and on‑the‑floor operations so properties can perform smoothly and guests feel genuinely cared for.

"Nothing motivates me to get up in the morning more than a challenge."
